OUR STORY
Torque was founded in 2006 with one truck, one technician, and a simple commitment: do the work right the first time, leave the yard better than we found it, and treat customers like neighbors. Twenty years later, that has not changed.
What has changed is the scope. We have grown from residential pump-outs in Fort Myers to full drain field replacements, septic tank installations, lift station overhauls for HOAs, commercial septic contracts with restaurants from Naples to Tampa, and emergency response across Marco Island to Tampa.
We are a Florida State Certified Plumbing Contractor (license #CFC1432944), locally owned and operated, doing business under Torque Land Grading LLC. The same family-run team SWFL has trusted for twenty years.

Had a saturated drain field that the previous owner clearly ignored for years. Got 3 quotes and Torque was not the cheapest but they actually came out, looked at the system, and explained what they would do. Two guys, three days of work, and the yard looks better than before they got here. No surprises on the final bill. Will use them again.
Our septic alarm started going off at 10pm on a Saturday in McGregor. Called and a real person picked up. Tech was at the house just after midnight, found the issue with the pump, had it fixed by morning. Wife and I were impressed they didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. Honest work.
We needed a septic inspection for the sale of my mother's house in Park Shore on a tight timeline. Torque scheduled us the next day, came out, did the inspection, and emailed me a clean PDF report I could send to the title company that afternoon. Realtor was happy. Title company was happy. Routine septic pumping for our place off Daniels. Got quoted half of what a competitor wanted and the guy who did the pumping took the time to show me where the lid was and what the levels looked like. Gave me a written summary at the end. Nothing fancy, just professional and fairly priced.
Bought a place on Marco and the inspection flagged a tank that was at the end of its life. Torque came out, looked at it, gave us a realistic timeline, pulled the Collier County permit, and replaced the tank with minimal disruption to the landscaping. Excellent communication start to finish.
